Prices

Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) on each product page. Any applicable taxes, bank charges or other fees will be shown at checkout or in the payment instructions.

Payment methods and timing

Credit card: processed by a third-party payment provider; payment is confirmed immediately.
Bank transfer: transfer to the account shown after ordering; the order is processed after receipt is confirmed.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email after payment confirmation, using the method stated on the product page and order notification. The actual sending time is shown in the order notification; no fixed minute guarantee is given.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Digital products that have been delivered and work normally are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. If you do not receive the product, the key is invalid, you are charged twice, or a system error occurs, contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. This does not exclude consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Licence and system requirements

The licence type, device count, account binding, system requirements and restrictions for each product are as stated on the product page and in Microsoft licence terms. Please confirm compatibility before purchase.

Quantity and application period

Unless stated otherwise on a product page, there is no fixed sales quantity limit or application deadline.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Where a product page states a subscription, the term, renewal, cancellation and refund rules on that page and in the applicable service terms apply. Charges for a period already used are generally non-refundable after cancellation.
