These terms apply to your use of SPMASOFT and to any purchase made through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Chaomai Technology Limited (Business Registration No. 81229261 (BR No. 81229261-000)), registered at Unit 06, 27/F, Kwong Fat Commercial Centre, 48 Kwong Wah Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.
2. Products and licensing
The licence type for each product (including retail, subscription or another form) is stated on the relevant product page. Delivery of product keys, account access or other licence information is also as stated on the product page and order confirmation. You are responsible for confirming that the edition you buy matches your system and requirements.
3. Payment
All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Bank transfer orders are delivered once the payment clears.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered using the method stated on the product page and order notification once payment is confirmed. If delivery fails because of an incorrect email address, contact us and we will re-send it.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Returns policy.
6. Restrictions
You must not resell, repackage or otherwise use the key in breach of Microsoft’s licence terms. You are responsible for any legal consequences of doing so.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page.

10. Order formation and pricing errors
Product pages are an invitation to purchase. An order is accepted when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation, or when we separately confirm it. If a price error, stock issue, suspected fraud or inability to fulfil occurs, we may cancel the order and refund amounts received.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. If these terms conflict with applicable law, the law prevails.
