Payment methods
- Credit card: processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported and payment is confirmed instantly.
- Bank transfer: bank details and your order number are shown after checkout. Please transfer within 3 business days and reply with proof of payment.
Delivery
- Once payment is confirmed your product key is emailed to the address given at checkout, usually sent after payment confirmation; the actual time is shown in the order notification.
- You can also view keys any time under My account → Orders.
- Bank transfer orders are delivered once the payment clears, usually within one business day.
Receipts and invoices
An electronic receipt is sent for every order. For a company invoice, enter your company name at checkout or email [email protected] with your order number.
Key not received?
Check your spam folder and your account area first. If it is still missing, email [email protected] and we will re-send it.
